We are factory. Heeida Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. is located in Luncang Quanzhou, where is known as the "Kingdom of Plumbing and Sanitary Ware" in China.

2. How about the warranty of your products?
5 years for cartridge and 2 years for surface plating.

3. What's your payment terms?
By T/T, 30% deposit and the 70% balance to be paid before ship out from VlGA factory.

4. How about the MOQ?
We have no MOQ limited for the sample order and trail order if the products are notcustomized, while for normal order, the MOQ will be 100pcs/item.

5. How long is your production time?
lt depends on the quantity ofyour order. Usually, it takes 30 days after we receive your deposit. While for large order, we can work over time to catch up your shipment.

6. How can l get samples?
We are honored to offer you samples. 
The samples can be send by DHL or other international express you want.

7. Do you have any certification of your products?
Yes,Our products have CUPC,CE,ISO, CSBl certification.

8. What surface finishes can you do for the products?
We can do chrome plate, white and black paint, black electroplate, brush nickel, brush bronze, Titanium gold, PVD gold, Rose gold, ORB etc. You can also send your color sample to us so that we can do it as what you want.

9. Do you offer OEM or ODM service ?
Yes, we can offer customized package and laser logo printing on handle. Also, we can produce faucet based on customer's drawing.

10. Do you offer FoB price?
Yes, we offer EXW price and FOB price.

11. How can l pay for a sample?
We accept paypal payment, western union for small order, like sample order.

12. Do you have showroom?
